Suitable for beginners all the way up to experienced photographers.

£650 per person, including 2 nights accommodation and boat trip fee for the Isle of May

This whirlwind workshop shows you some of the well-known and some of the less known beauty spots of the South East coast of Scotland as well as photographing some amazing wildlife. From the Kelpies and Forth Bridge across to some beautiful coastal locations and one of the best chippies in the country!!

Saturday morning we'll leave the North East (anyone further north can join us at Anstruther) and head North heading straight for the boat trip to see the Puffins and some other wildlife, following the boat trip we will make our way back to the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel before heading for our bed!  On Sunday we'll be up early to make our down the Northumberland Coast, from Tantallon Castle, to the 'Bridge to Nowhere', Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and any other locations we still have time for!

Straight to the point - how much?!

The overall cost for the workshop is £650.  This can be paid monthly if you wish.  A deposit of £150 will be taken at the point of booking and the remainder isn't due until 4 weeks prior to the event.

What is or is not included?

Your £650 investment includes 2 nights accommodation in a private room in a holiday cottage.
The Puffin boat trip is also included in this price as is as much or as little tuition as you require.

If you are travelling from the North East of England (or can get to there) we may be able to arrange a car share for the entire trip, simply sharing the cost of the fuel, please enquire for more info.
Failing that we will all follow each other between locations.

Beyond that, the only thing not covered is food and drinks.

Learning

I am available to provide as much or as little tutoring as you require, from basic settings through composition and the use of filters.

What do you need?

Once you have booked on the tour I will send you a full set of details of what you should bring with you, but ideally your camera(s) would be accompanied by  a number of clear memory cards, batteries, spare batteries, chargers, your laptop for editing, a wide lens for landscapes and a long lens for the puffins, a remote release and a sturdy tripod.
